Forming Intentional Disciples is a path to Knowing and Following Jesus by Sherry Weddell. “Forming Intentional Disciples” is intended to change the direction of discipleship within the Catholic Church. This is the decision to 'drop one's nets.' To make a conscious commitment to follow Jesus in the midst of his Church.  As disciples, we are called to “make disciples,” that is, to help others know and follow the path of Jesus. The Bible is a collection of religious texts or scriptures sacred in Christianity, Judaism, Samaritanism, and many other faiths. This is the decision to 'drop one's nets.' to make a conscious commitment to follow Jesus in the midst of his church .
